JRQ Consultants is led by Jose R. Quiles — a Harvard University graduate, Syracuse MBA, and senior financial services executive with more than two decades at global institutions including Citibank and J.P. Morgan Chase.
His career spans treasury transformation, payment controls, operational risk, regulatory execution, client experience, and large-scale program delivery. Jose founded JRQ Consultants to bring that depth of experience directly to clients — without the overhead of a large firm.
