Our Team

Jose R. Quiles (J.R.) is the Founder and Principal Consultant of JRQ Consultants LLC.
He brings over 23 years of expertise in financial services, customer experience, and
workforce management. A senior banking executive, he has led high-performing teams
and strategic initiatives at Citibank and J.P. Morgan Chase, specializing in finance,
treasury, risk, controls, and customer experience.

Jose has a proven track record in regulatory compliance, technical implementations,
consent order transformations, and client experience management. His expertise
spans financial controls, payments, liquidity management, ERP integration, and
workforce optimization, helping businesses streamline operations and drive growth.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Whitman School of
Management at Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Leadership from
Southeastern University. To enhance his workforce and organizational strategy
expertise, he is pursuing a Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies, Industrial-
Organizational Psychology at Harvard University.
